Communications & Marketing Specialist

As the Communications and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all of our internal and external communication channels, including our digital marketing efforts and our social media content. You will be the custodian of our brand reputation.  Your goal is to boost our brand awareness via omnichannel, short, multi-lingual videos, from sales training to testimonials, to re-enacted claim stories, along with static posts; meaningful content that differentiates who we are and how we treat people. You will also manage our online review presence. You will be required to leverage our marketing tool Podium to request and respond to incoming reviews via Google and Facebook. 

You will be responsible for helping to maximize our revenue by increasing our online presence in targeting those who sell and represent our products to the end consumer. Your immediate focus is our network of key partners including the salespeople who work at our auto dealerships, and insurance brokers, auto lenders, and automakers. You will work closely with our business development team on sales enablement content that target various points in our customer journey. You will also identify other opportunities for marketing solutions that target the consumer.   You will be responsible for generating and following through on creative ideas (and those you may contract) to ensure our company and products are optimized in the market.  

You will also partner with our VP of HR on an internal communications strategy and internal communications content calendar. This will include company-wide communications, a bi-weekly newsletter, and maintaining our internal communications tool to ensure it is up to date with the appropriate and relevant information. You will be integral to planning, coordinating, and executing internal events such as our annual Town Hall.
