Bought a new truck, we were rear ended by a drunk driver not even two weeks later. I found the claims reporting and application process quite detailed and very arduous. From a customer service prospective. The policy wording should reflect that coverage begins from the date of loss and not from the date the claim is accepted as a covered loss. Other than that the service was fine.

My benefits administrator was Marie-Anne Chow. She was so understanding and helpful throughout the process. She made sure that the entire claim process was smooth and stress free. I would like to thank her for making the entire process so simple and easy.
