Insurance Insight Inc. awarded Waterstone Human Capital title for second time – Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures for 2021

Annually, forty national winners are chosen across five categories; four based on revenue (emerging, growth, mid-market and enterprise) and one not-for-profit category (broader public sector). Submissions are scored on six dimensions by a Board of Governors made up of past winners according to: vision and leadership, recruitment and hiring for fit, cultural alignment and measurement, retention, rewards and recognition, organizational performance and corporate social responsibility.
